Most precious Silvia,
ReplyDeleteI am overwhelmed by the gestures of kindness that you extend to us all, from your gorgeous choices of photos, to your loving words...thank you for your visit this evening. I too, take in my tea at night with my beloved husband, we laugh, we joke, we dream, and we freeze together!!!!! We had a blast today; we scraped off old paint from the old dining room that leads into our new room, getting it ready to paint and rehang the vintage chandelier. Then the exposed beams and chandelier get hung sometime this early spring in the new room...these things take our minds off of the sometimes BELOW ZERO winter. But you are so right. Happiness is a choice we make everyday, and it is stunning how BLOGLAND makes that clear. I think that WRITING out our thoughts makes us more exact in our thinking, really. I teach writing and my favorite quote is:
Reading maketh a man full
Discussing maketh a man ready
Writing makes you EXACT. Touché. Blog friends are more aware of that than anyone I know, or at least we ARTICULATE it!!!
Have a HAPPY EVENING DEAREST!!! Anita
These really do make my heart sing today....I want my kitchen to look just like that one.
ReplyDeleteHope your sun filled day was a good one!
xoxo

A white kitchen is always soothing compared to some of the bold colors people use to spice up kitchen decor. I prefer white because it "forces" me to clean up and de-clutter right away. It's much easier to spot appliances and counters that need cleaning when not distracted by too much color.
ReplyDeletewow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeletegorgeous!!!!!!!
gorgeous photos!
happy day!
