Wallpaper Glamour

When it comes to wallpaper and fabrics, you can say 

Anna French is the queen of glamour.

I love the colors, the patterns, the shimmer. 

Her collections have helped me re-think my aversion to wallpaper.

Now I think I like it.

Rethinking wallpaper

I've never been totally crazy about wallpaper. I will use it very selectively. Maybe to cover a box, to add a nice touch to a piece of furniture, or to cover some of my otherwise boring file folders. That's about it. However, these spaces invite me to re-think my wall paper paradigm.

I feel total serenity when I look at the first photo. Maybe it is the combination of subtle yellow and white. There's just something soothing about this room:

And this pattern is lovely. Love the gray and subtle shades of blue:

I tend to shy away from patterns in my sofas, but I definitely LOVE this one:
