Sunday dinner

Whether you are having Sunday dinner at the beach,
al fresco in your own backyard,
on paper plates or out of a picnic basket,
I hope you enjoy it.

Even when we'll be eating leftovers and a slice of watermelon.
we'll use our best china.
Just because it's Sunday.

It'll be our little moment of luxury.

May you enjoy your Sunday dinner, wherever you happen to be.

Cheers!

  2. Oh dearest, THESE TABLES are so lovely. I love the rustic wooden one with the linen runner and also the GRANITE TOP table. I have a lovely long piece of granite in my garage, just waiting for a base upon which to set it. This is a superb post, and I love to see your comments chez moi! THANK YOU MY FRIEND, THANK YOU FOR EMBRACING me with your friendship and LOVE...love is amazing. It reaches beyond the distance. It truly does....Anita

  6. For lunch we went to a dutch pancake house in the countryside and in the evening we had a bbq with friends and lots of children for the Huzz's biday celebration. It was a great Sunday in the long awaited sunshine. Love the photos you chose today. Gorgeous table settings.

  8. Love all the table settings. And the table settings on image #9 is so original and clever. I never thought of drawing "place mats" on brown paper to mimic the real thing. It's very fun as well!
