My House Dressed up for Halloween

I love Halloween.

I think my love may come from watching

the Martha Stewart shows from the early 90's.

Martha made Halloween decor look so glamorous.

I had a blast decorating my home

for Halloween this year...

I actually caught myself singing Witchy Woman

while carving pumpkins last night.

This is the wreath I created.
I'm hoping to keep most of the brown leaves and feathers,
change it a bit by adding gold touches, and keep it for Christmas :-)

Brave decor move: Black walls

I love color but I haven't definitely mustered the courage to paint a wall black. 

However, I think these look amazingly classic and beautiful, yes?

Would you paint a whole room in black? 

Just one wall? 

No black at all on walls?

I have to admit that I'm addicted to the show Project Runway with Heidi Klum.

This season, I especially like Mondo Guerra's designs. 

I would actually wear most of his creations. 

Especially this beautiful, classic, timeless black and white dress 

in the picture on the right.

I love it.

Fashion and interior design are so closely related to me.

Me like these new treasures
